Choose your favorite tour and click Enquire This Tour tab so that we can know which tour you are booking, or click Tailor-made Tour side banner to submit your request if there is no tour meet your needs.  You’ll receive the updated itinerary and quotation from us within one working day.

Our tour manager will listen to your needs carefully and discuss with you.  An updated itinerary with quotation e-mail will be sent to you from us. 

As soon as Travel to Mongolia Travel agency receives your booking form and a deposit of 10% per person, your travel reservation will be secured and our travel manager will begin to confirm all of the bookings for your trip.  Deposit amount is subject to change. It could possibly be higher, or lower depending on itinerary, trip category and duration. Your personal travel consultant will adjust the amount accordingly. Early confirmation would be greatly appreciated! Once your trip has been booked and confirmed, we will send you a confirmation letter providing you with a detailed itinerary of your trip.

The remaining balance & full payment must be made at least 30 days prior to your departure date.Once we received your balance account, we will send you the final confirmation letter. In order for help you to do some preparation before travel to Mongolia; we will forward the welcome letter with some importance travel tips to you. Meanwhile Travel to Mongolia Travel agency is ready for serve you well while you are travelling in Mongolia.
