Day 2 - Chinggis khan statue complex and Khukh nuur /Blue lake/
In the morning, our guide and driver will pick you up from your accommodation to embark on an excursion to Khukh Nuur. Along the way, we will visit the 'Chinggis Khaan Statue Complex,' home to the currently largest equestrian statue in the world, standing at an impressive 40 meters. Within the complex, explore the 13th-century museum showcasing the history of the Great Mongol Empire and the Bronze Age Museum. Our journey continues with a scenic drive of approximately 260 kilometers, leading us to the Senguur Gorkhi valley and Khukh Nuur. Khukh Nuur holds historical significance as the place where Temuujin, later known as Chinggis Khaan, was bestowed with the title "Chinggis Khaan" and declared "The Great Khaan of all Mongolia" in 1189. Explore the stone ruins of a Ger with a 15-meter diameter on the south side of the lake, believed to be the remains of the palace Ger where Chinggis Khaan was proclaimed. Day 3 - Bereeven monastery and Binder village
After breakfast, embark on a journey to Binder soum. En route, explore the Bereeven Monastery, founded in the 17th century under the directive of Zanabazar. The Baldan Bereeven Monastery is notable for its unique placement, considering factors such as distant observation, wind direction, and sunlight. The monastery's setting is a testament to the incorporation of ancient geomancies from both the shamanistic Central Asian tradition and the Vajrayana Buddhism of Tibet. This thoughtful design creates a Mongolian Buddhist cultural landscape, catering to the nomadic way of life. Our route continues to Oglogch Fortress, a site of great historical significance in Mongolia, dating back to the time of Chinggis Khaan. Identified by a Mongolia-American archaeological team, the fortress contains at least 60 ancient graves within its walls, suggesting it may have served as a royal cemetery. The fortress wall, standing at 2.5-3 meters high, 2.5 meters wide, and approximately 3 kilometers long, offers a glimpse into Mongolia's rich history. Upon arrival at the camp, enjoy dinner and leisure time. Overnight stay in a Ger camp.

In honor of his 800th birthday in 1962, a statue of Chinggis Khaan was erected at Deluun Boldog, believed to be the great khaan’s birthplace. The site is situated near present-day Dadal soum, in the picturesque wooded area of North-west Khentii region. Deluun Boldog offers more than just historical significance; it is an attractive region with trails and lakes for visitors to explore. Monuments in the area provide insights into why this formidable warrior and esteemed leader continue to be revered today. Dadal Soum, which once housed one of three significant lamaist temples dedicated to Chingghis Khaan, fell victim to destruction in the 1930s. Today, stone monuments stand in the tranquil Mongolian countryside, commemorating the enduring legacy of Chinggis Khaan. Enjoy an overnight stay in a Ger camp.
